Our identity is a true blend of 50% French and 50% American, like a caring older sister who cooks with love every single day. She’s genuine, nurturing, warm, dependable, yet calm and confident. That’s who we are.

Every dish is made fresh daily, never frozen, crafted with the mindset of cooking for family at home. On the French side, we specialize in signature crêpes, waffles, and classic pâtisserie items made with care. On the American side, we offer smashed burgers, sandwiches, burritos, soups, and salads. We prioritize real, wholesome ingredients and plan to expand our healthy and vegetarian options.
